Do you offer PayPal or Afterpay?

Yes, we do! For your convenience and peace-of-mind, Not Another Candle Co. offers PayPal, Afterpay and Labuy as alternative payment methods for transactions and orders, both in Australia and Internationally.

 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days. These times may vary during peak periods such as promotional periods, holiday seasons and when we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Not Another Candle Co. will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, orders can generally take up to 1-5 business days during non promo/peak periods for all Australian metro orders, and up to 6-10 business days for all rural and WA orders. These delivery times may vary during peak and promotional periods and depending on your location.

Shipping for all International orders can take up to 4 weeks, depending on location and the country you live in.

At Not Another Candle Co., we will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No. Our courier service does not delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please use an alternative address for delivery when checking out. If a PO Box or Parcel Locker is your only delivery option, please contact us to let us know and one of our team will be able to help.

 

A notification box has popped up at checkout saying that my order cannot be shipped to my address. What do I do?

While our website courier service Sendle delivers to most addresses throughout Australia and 220 international countries, there may be some addresses that Sendle cannot deliver to, depending on your location. In the very rare instance that this happens, please contact us via email at hello@notanothercandleco.com and one of our team members will be able to assist you with creating your order.

 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. To ensure the safety and security of your order, we have our deliveries through Sendle set to require a signature on delivery. If you wish to have your order left in a safe place or at your front door without a signature, please send us an email at hello@notanothercandleco.com after placing your order, or alternatively, you can leave a note on your order in the box titled "Notes For The Seller" or send us a message via the Not Another Candle Co. Contact Form.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Not Another Candle Co. ship internationally to 220 international locations including New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Asia.

Additional costs, import duties, customs and taxes may apply to countries outside of Australia. As we have no control over this, it is recommended that you contact your customs office for any additional costs relevant to your country.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

We have a flat rate $10 AUD shipping charge for all Australian orders.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 within Australia.

We have a flat rate $30 AUD shipping charge for all New Zealand orders.

All other international orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $40 AUD.

 

What is your returns policy?

Returns and exchanges are available at the discretion of Not Another Candle Co. within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as products are returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Exchanges and returns only apply to full-priced items.

Please note: Shipping costs for the return and re-send of goods are at the consumers expense.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

All of our items are thoroughly quality checked as part of the packing process before leaving our warehouse. We will always do our very best to ensure that every order arrives to you in perfect condition. If your order does however arrive to you in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us at hello@notanothercandleco.com within 72hrs with your order number and a photo and description of the problem, and our Not Another Candle Co. team will do their very best to resolve it for you.
